I have a simple web service created that I want to use by embedding some JavaScript into an Acrobat form. The web service takes a simple ID Number (string) and returns two dates, ApprovalDate and ExpirationDate. When these two dates are returned, I want to place them into variables for further use.
I'm looking for code examples that use a simple HTTP GET but other SOAP type code examples would also be useful.

Thank you.

Thanks. I think we figured it out. Making some changes to the form, adding suffix fields and just running some simple removes.

I appreciate your offer!
