Use of hyperlink color in PDF design

Our brand for PDFs includes the cyan blue that we use on our web site for hyperlinks.  The blue is on the first headline, rules (or lines) and flat images.  We're thinking about setting aside a footer or box on the last page of the document for links.  Does anyone think that users will confuse the other uses of cyan with linking?  The format for links will probably be:

Read our latest research on assessment
Name of research | (icon representing link) www.website.com/nameofresearch | #latestresearch
