Dear community!
I try convert Pdf-File into Pdf/A with help of Ghostscript.

My command line is following:
C:\Windows\System32>"C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.23\bin\gswin64c.exe"  -dPDFA -dNOOUTERSAVE -sProcessColorModel=DeviceRGB -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile="C:\Users\user\pdf_A_test\1A.pdf" -sPDFACompatibilityPolicy=1 "C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.23\lib\PDFA_def.ps" "C:\Users\user\pdf_A_test\1.pdf"

I check created pdf/a file with help of Preflight and with help VeraPDF.
Booth tools tell me, that file is not valid to pdf/a, and reported about following problems:
Specification: ISO 19005-1:2005, Clause: 6.1.12
„Absolute real value must be less than or equal to 32767.0“

Specification: ISO 19005-1:2005, Clause: 6.2.3
„DeviceRGB may be used only if the file has a PDF/A-1 OutputIntent that uses an RGB colour space“

I don’t understand how can I resolve these problems.

Can you display me command line, which make pdf/a-valid files

Thank’s in advance

Hi spongebob,

When using GhostScript you could try testing other parameters, like trying to use CMYK instead of RGB, etc. This could help.

Also you can check error messages on http://github.com/veraPDF/veraPDF-validation-profiles/wiki/PDFA-Part-1-rules - veraPDF's Github page if you haven't already done this. It could shed some light on your problems.

I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Karyn
