Hello !
I wish to have links but not within a text. Instead, I wish I can have "links" that I can move around like markups. Is there a way to add to the markups the capability of connecting to an URL . Ideally, it would be without javascript (to allow more compatible readers), otherwise, with javascript. Any clue is welcomed.

I was looking in the PDF-Reference_1.7 to find the correct tool ... since my pdf editor has not the "add link" feature.
Thanks for your help !
