A correct PDF file must have a trailer, but not the keyword trailer.

Cann you tell me, please, where is it writed.

Because I have found only in PDF 32000-1:2008  (7.5.5 File Trailer) namely
"The startxref line shall be preceded by the trailer dictionary, consisting of the keyword trailer followed by a series of key-value pairs enclosed in double angle brackets"

But in reality I see pdf-file without keyword "trailer"

Is there in other document?

Thanks in advance

The PDF file you attached uses object streams, including a cross-reference stream that contains the trailer entry - see section 7.5.8.1 of 32000-1. For PDF files of this sort, you cannot assume that you will find an uncompressed "trailer" keyword visible near the end of the file. Instead, you must process the cross-reference stream to get the trailer (and the cross-reference table) information.
