IE preview Message displays Adobe Acrobat There
was an error processing a page. Invalid ColorSpace Workflow Users colour scan documents at a Canon MFD Scanned Format is PDF files Resolution 300x300 Scan content is set to: Text Documents contain a mixture of text and
graphics. The graphics include peoples signatures, design plans, calendar
schedules images and photos. Environment IE 11 Adobe Reader 11 Adobe Professional 11 Windows 7 64bit Steps: In IE select the pdf file, click Preview The result: Progress bar loads Message displays Adobe Acrobat There was an
error processing a page. Invalid ColorSpace uploads/3047/ie_preview_Adobe_Acrobat_There_was_an_error_processing_a_page._Invalid_ColorSpace.jpg
When this message displays the front page has
either a colour font, or a persons signature (in pen the reason its been
scanned) Ive researched the web and some responses are
resave the PDF file. For one PDF file that’s ok, however are 1000s
of these PDF files, therefore this isn’t a viable solution. Also users scan
daily therefore this is an ongoing process. Does anyone know how I can debug and isolate
the cause Or know of a solution. Let me know if you need me to do anything else.
