Create a database (Excel or Access) for PDF to retrieve information to autofill specific field?

I would like to create a database/spreadsheet with vendor information.  When the vendor name is selected from a dropdown on the PDF form, the PDF would then access the vendor specific information from the database.  For each vendor, the adjacent columns within the database would fill a specific field on the PDF form.  As an example:  The address for “Vendor A” would be retrieved from the database and the address field on the PDF form would be filled in.  What’s my best way of going about doing this?  

I don’t have LiveCycle Designer.
