Hello everyone.
Thank you all for the great job!

Here's my question.
I seeked unsuccessfully for an answer in the whole forum.

I'm playing with a code sample about the GenerateFDFServlet with the jFDFth.jar.

I wrote an html page that calls the servlet with a submit button.
The  servlet runs successfully without errors.
The browser FF asks to open or download the generated FDF file.
Choosing to open the file (GenerateFDFServlet.fdf) the system (win) writes the file in C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp
Adobe Acrobat Reader is launched but trying to open the file it sends this alert
“Il file pdf tenta di avviare: file:///C:/Users/.../AppData/Local/Temp/GenerateFDFServlet.fdf”
Choosing to open it the system goes in a loop showing again the alert "Il file pdf tenta di avviare..."
Trying to move the file in another path the error is the same.
It seems that, probabbly for security issues, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is not able to open the FDF file.

Thank for your help.

The following operations brougth me some steps forward:
- in the FDF file I removed the folder path reference to the PDF file letting only the name of the file;
- I saved the two PDF and FDF files in the same folder
- With dochub I inserted fillable forms with the names in the code sample

Now I'm able to open the PDF.
When I try to open the FDF file, acroreader opens the referenced PDF file.
For some reason fields are empty.
Any suggestions?
